We had a fantastic experience! We chose an already in stock carpet, and both Amanda and Jack worked with our schedule at a breakneck speed. (We got came in end of day Tuesday I think it was, and was installed Friday morning!) The carpet looks wonderful, and the installers were pleasant and did a great job. When the time comes to replace carpet in other rooms Creative will definitely be our first, and probably only, stop.

Excellent service and installation. We love the carpet. Only thing I would say is the people/company who they contract with to install only sent one person and he worked 9am to 7:30pm. The installer was exhausted. In my opinion it was a two person job and they could have done it much more quickly with two people and not put so much work on one person. But store service, product and installation was top notch.

I can't say enough great things about them. With my work schedule, it was extremely difficult to make it into the shop to physically pick out material, but Amanda was more than accommodating. I was sent photos of products and comparisons from one sample to another, thus making my decision easy. They also were great with scheduling and got my appointment asap.
