Excellent service and installation. We love the carpet. Only thing I would say is the people/company who they contract with to install only sent one person and he worked 9am to 7:30pm. The installer was exhausted. In my opinion it was a two person job and they could have done it much more quickly with two people and not put so much work on one person. But store service, product and installation was top notch.

Bud shows up to measure and make recommendations - you get a bid based on the product you selected - and installers show up as scheduled and do a great install and clean up very well once completed. Amanda even helped me find some discontinued flooring that I wanted to use in the second house I had Create Flooring complete. Getting ready to do my third house with them.
