Our installer Was great with seaming up our carpet. The company was very prompt with responses to our questions and very accommodating to our specific situation. Our carpet looks amazing in the house. High quality. Would def recommend for friends and will be returning for future projects.

Just had Creative remove carpet and install Cortec LTV in my sunroom and it was a prompt, great job and everything was cleaned up! Very happy!

We had a fantastic experience! We chose an already in stock carpet, and both Amanda and Jack worked with our schedule at a breakneck speed. (We got came in end of day Tuesday I think it was, and was installed Friday morning!) The carpet looks wonderful, and the installers were pleasant and did a great job. When the time comes to replace carpet in other rooms Creative will definitely be our first, and probably only, stop.

Working with Creative Flooring has been a rewarding experience. Amanda make it easy with her great follow up and communications. Bud shows up to measure and make recommendations - you get a bid based on the product you selected - and installers show up as scheduled and do a great install and clean up very well once completed. Amanda even helped me find some discontinued flooring that I wanted to use in the second house I had Create Flooring complete. Getting ready to do my third house with them. First 2 homes were complete LVL installs throughout; 3rd home will be tile flooring throughout. Thanks for all the help Amanda and crew.

Creative Flooring helped us with carpet and LVP for a refresher of our second floor. The sales team was wonderful to work with on our selections and the installation teams were efficient, respectful and did quality jobs. Very pleasant experience all around!!
