We had a fantastic experience! We chose an already in stock carpet, and both Amanda and Jack worked with our schedule at a breakneck speed. (We got came in end of day Tuesday I think it was, and was installed Friday morning!) The carpet looks wonderful, and the installers were pleasant and did a great job. When the time comes to replace carpet in other rooms Creative will definitely be our first, and probably only, stop.

Bud shows up to measure and make recommendations - you get a bid based on the product you selected - and installers show up as scheduled and do a great install and clean up very well once completed.
