Working with Creative Flooring has been a rewarding experience. Amanda make it easy with her great follow up and communications. Bud shows up to measure and make recommendations - you get a bid based on the product you selected - and installers show up as scheduled and do a great install and clean up very well once completed. Amanda even helped me find some discontinued flooring that I wanted to use in the second house I had Create Flooring complete. Getting ready to do my third house with them. First 2 homes were complete LVL installs throughout; 3rd home will be tile flooring throughout. Thanks for all the help Amanda and crew.

Excellent service and installation. We love the carpet. Only thing I would say is the people/company who they contract with to install only sent one person and he worked 9am to 7:30pm. The installer was exhausted. In my opinion it was a two person job and they could have done it much more quickly with two people and not put so much work on one person. But store service, product and installation was top notch.

We had a fantastic experience! We chose an already in stock carpet, and both Amanda and Jack worked with our schedule at a breakneck speed. (We got came in end of day Tuesday I think it was, and was installed Friday morning!) The carpet looks wonderful, and the installers were pleasant and did a great job. When the time comes to replace carpet in other rooms Creative will definitely be our first, and probably only, stop.
