(We got came in end of day Tuesday I think it was, and was installed Friday morning!) The carpet looks wonderful, and the installers were pleasant and did a great job. Excellent service and installation. We love the carpet. Only thing I would say is the people/company who they contract with to install only sent one person and he worked 9am to 7:30pm. The installer was exhausted. In my opinion it was a two person job and they could have done it much more quickly with two people and not put so much work on one person. But store service, product and installation was top notch.
